En Londres, los Premios de Polo organizados por la Hurlingham Polo Association (HPA) tuvieron lugar el lunes 12 de Mayo, en The Underglobe. Celebrando a las consagraciones de la temporada de polo 2024, la esperada ceremonia de este año fue particularmente trascendental en el año del 150 aniversario de la HPA.
Por tercer año consecutivo, el equipo Standing Rock se proclamó campeón de la serie Victor Ludorum, tras haber ganado la 8 goles en 2022 y la 12 goles en 2023 y 2024, con Philipp Mueller, Pierandrea Mueller, Nacho González y Ricardo Garros, recibieron el prestigioso trofeo de 2024.
Los Premios de Polo honran a los ganadores y campeones más destacados que compiten en los diferentes niveles de polo de la temporada anterior en Inglaterra. Este evento se ha convertido en una tradición que reúne a la comunidad del polo para dar comienzo a la temporada inglesa con estilo, antes de un verano de acción deportiva de clase mundial.
Standing Rock Fair Play Award
Este año, el Standing Rock Fair Play Award fue otorgado a Ferne Park, representado por Holly Gadsby. Dicho equipo que demostró una deportividad superior, disciplina, respeto por los árbitros y bienestar de los caballos a lo largo de la serie Victor Ludorum. El Standing Rock Fair Play Award está ganando adeptos en el mundo del polo a nivel internacional y ahora es presentado por cuatro órganos de gobierno del polo en todo el mundo, en Inglaterra, Francia, Australia y Nueva Zelanda.
Con inscripciones en torneos que van de 4 a 18 goles para la temporada 2025, Standing Rock Polo Team se esfuerza por construir sobre el éxito del año pasado, guiado por la sabiduría atemporal de los nativos americanos y promoviendo los valores de coraje, positividad, pasión, compromiso, disciplina, profesionalidad y respeto en todo lo que hacen.

ENGLISH VERSION. May 12, 2025, London, UK: The Polo Awards hosted by the Hurlingham Polo Association (HPA) took place on Monday May 12, at The Underglobe, in London. Celebrating the stars of the 2024 polo season, this year’s highly-anticipated ceremony was particularly momentous in the HPA’s 150th anniversary year.
For the third consecutive year, team Standing Rock emerged as a Victor Ludorum series champions, having won the 8-goal award in 2022 and the 12-goal award in 2023 and 2024, with team players Philipp Mueller, Pierandrea Mueller, Nacho Gonzalez and Ricardo Garros presented with the prestigious trophy for 2024.
The Polo Awards honour the stand-out winners and champions competing within different levels of polo from the previous season in England. A highlight of the polo calendar, the glittering awards event has become a tradition that brings the polo community together to kick-off the English season in style, ahead of a summer of world-class sporting action.
